Basic Vehicle Safety
The most basic form of vehicle safety is to make sure the vehicle is up to date on its services. These services include tires, oil, and brakes. Some other services that need to be checked coming into the rain and thunderstorm season is, making sure the wipers aren’t streaking across the windshield. Making sure that your vision is not impaired is very important, if you can’t see that is not safe! The windshield wipers is one of the parts that can be overlooked, but they are there for a reason and if they don’t work right it may cause problems.
Coming out of the winter months, tires can become worn or that frigid cold could have caused some problems. The tire pressure sensor could have gone bad so don’t get stranded on the side of the road in the heat! The slick, sandy, covered in snow, and salted roads can be stressful on the tires too.
