After searching online for a vehicle, I found the best value at Dale Howard. So good that I traveled from WI to purchase it. Salesperson Bill Glenn and Dylan in Finance had everything prepared for a quick and seamless purchase after my long travel to the dealership. Very pleased with every step.

Chuck was amazing. He helped me get my new dodge ram 2500. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. I would 10/10 recommend getting a vehicle through them. Chuck and Dylan made buying my truck quick and easy. The staff were great. Anyone looking for a new vehicle I would go here. I’m going to go back to get my husband’s truck.

We had a great experience with Katera today. Our experience began when we first contacted the dealership about a car and she responded and answered our questions and set up an appointment with us. She was knowledgeable about the car and went above and beyond at helping us in getting everything synced up with both the car we bought and the car we currently own. Dale Howard worked diligently to chase down the source of my vehicle electrical problem. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 was I would have liked better updates on my vehicle repair.

My experience at Dale Howard Inc. was great! This moderate size dealership made me feel like I was at a small vehicle dealership because the people there were personal. My impression is that they really care and they want to help you. I worked with Billy Harrison. He answered my questions and he was not pushy. He took a lot of time to help me so I could make a good decision. I highly recommend Dale Howard Inc for anyone needing a new or used car.
